This page is a continuous of a healthier and more sustainable way of eating—one that supports gradual weight loss, better health, and mindful living.
This isn’t about following a strict diet or giving up foods I enjoy. Instead, it’s a long-term shift toward meals that are balanced, satisfying, and suited to the changes that come with getting older.
This page is a temporary location for new recipes while I work on the reorganization of this site. The new site will continue with the same recipes but will, hopefully, be easier to find what you’re looking for.
These recipes were developed through repeated cooking and refinement using a 30 cm River Light carbon steel wok on a Japanese home gas stove. Rather than attempting to reproduce restaurant conditions, the goal is to achieve excellent flavor, texture, and simplicity in a real home kitchen. Every recipe has been adjusted to maintain proper wok temperature, avoid overcrowding, and produce consistent results.
