Over the past few months, I’ve been working on a healthier and more sustainable way of eating—one that supports gradual weight loss, better health, and mindful living.
This isn’t about following a strict diet or giving up foods I enjoy. Instead, it’s a long-term shift toward meals that are balanced, satisfying, and suited to the changes that come with getting older.
The recipes on this page reflect that approach. They’re organized by ingredient type—Beef, Pork, Chicken, Condiments, Seafood, Soup, and Vegetarian—and they’re designed to be both delicious and supportive of a healthier lifestyle. I can live with that!
These recipes were developed through repeated cooking and refinement using a 30 cm River Light carbon steel wok on a Japanese home gas stove. Rather than attempting to reproduce restaurant conditions, the goal is to achieve excellent flavor, texture, and simplicity in a real home kitchen. Every recipe has been adjusted to maintain proper wok temperature, avoid overcrowding, and produce consistent results.
